The Highlands condominiums were built with the view in mind and it is truly incredible and accessible from every private balcony of each condominium. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park borders us on three sides and nestled down below is the beautiful city of Gatlinburg. We are also a smoke free property.

Is the Highlands conveniently located?
We are located at the hub of the Ski Mountain Road, Wiley Oakley and Campbell Lead area, all of which are easy access to Ober Gatlinburg, Downtown or the National Park via the By Pass that diverts you from the traffic that can often build entering Gatlinburg. Even access to Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, Dixie Stampede, and more is just minutes from your condominium.
